He...
... likes even numbers only (2,4,6,8...). He calls them "certain numbers" and if I am passing out snacks/cars/pieces of paper... it must be an even configuration or he will need another item to round it out.
... jumps up from playing anytime a vehicle drives on our street. He must check it out, name it (if he knows what it is), tell what color it was and say whether or not it had a nice motor or tires. Then sit back down and resume playing.
... has expressed some "favorite names" over the course of the summer that I've been keeping track of: Brandon is his favorite boys name and also Benjamin. For a girl, Kate, Gracie, Sarah, Willow or Wanda... which he told me was a very glittery name :-)
... will respond to the greeting "What's up?" with the answer "Good" every time.
... describes himself as "a collector of stickers" also "a collector of feathers" and he is. Both.
She...
... loves back scratches on her skin, not through the clothing. She cannot seem to get enough scratching.
... draws animals all the time. All animals must have whiskers. It doesn't really matter if a real one has them, her picture will.
... pronounces words like tag, bag and angry with a long /I/ sound instead of the short /a/ sound... tige, bige, eye-ngry... hard to write but hilarious to hear. And all of her clothing has "itchy tiges" which must be cut out.
.... has been known to shriek (in a high-pitched sreamy whiny voice) entire sentences, and sometimes even paragraphs, while fighting with Evan: "I DO NOT WANT YOU TO PLAY WITH MY TOYYYYYYYS!!!!!!"
... cuddles with her trains on the floor under blankets. All tucked in.
