The Journey

They say it's all about enjoying the journey, not just getting to your destination. Last night we went out for ice cream and enjoyed the journey. Watching these two is more fun than anything else, really.


He:

**rode his 'motorcycle' -- starting it by pulling some sort of imaginary ripcord.


**chose two kittens to ride in a pouch on the front of his bike since they love outings too.

**didn't stop to pick up even one 'treasure' on the ground... how times have changed.


**did huge wheelies on every bump of the sidewalk.




She:

**wore her favorite multicolored dot shirt, technicolor stripe pants and glitter-covered sandals.

**ran nearly the whole time while pushing her stroller full of kittens.

**didn't notice kittens falling out of the flying stroller, but stopped to bird watch along the way.


**pretended we were in the woods when we passed under overhanging tree limbs.




I think that watching them was even better than the ice cream!
