She's just got this keen eye and an insatiable curiosity about insects.
So every time we are outside, she finds one. Usually more than one. And holds it. Lets it crawl on her. Carries it around on walks. Basically plays with it till it can't play back anymore ;-)
Caterpillars and worms are a definite favorite (right up there with pill bugs)
She had her fingers in this mass of ants and thought it was so funny how they climbed up on her so fast and tickled her hands...
Yesterday she found this for me in the backyard.
Makes me a bit sad, but I'm sure the cats had it long before she did. It was still back there when she went to check on "Buttercup the Butterfly" this morning. She was thrilled!!
